For my own wedding, I designed all of the print and digital collateral, creating a cohesive aesthetic inspired by desert spring vibes with warm, earthy tones. The design unified elements from the desert, jungle, and urban greenery, reflecting both the natural beauty of Joshua Tree and the lush environment of our venue. Every detail, from the invitations to the day-of materials, was thoughtfully crafted to enhance the guest experience and seamlessly tie together the wedding’s theme.

Reception Visuals

For the reception, I created a two-hour long motion graphic video that played throughout the dancing portion of the evening. Inspired by EDM visuals and music videos, the dynamic, high-energy visuals were designed to amplify the atmosphere on the dance floor. The looping visuals featured a mix of personalized elements, including references to the bride and groom’s life, names, and shared branding. This custom, immersive experience helped set the tone for an energetic, unforgettable night.

Print Collateral

The print collateral was designed to carry the theme across all touchpoints, from the save-the-dates and invitations to the day-of materials. The warm, deserty color palette of terracotta and beige, balanced with lush hunter greens, reflected both the venue’s urban jungle vibe and the natural elements of the Joshua Tree-inspired aesthetic. Every piece, from table signage and menus to photo booth templates and seating charts, was designed to complement the overall theme and provide a seamless, cohesive visual experience for guests.
